ANDREW BAUMAN

Andrew Bauman is a founder and principal of Prospect Lane, responsible for the Asset Management and Operations of the company’s portfolio across the United States. Prior to founding Prospect Lane, Andrew was a Director of Asset Management at JSB Capital Group, a privately owned investment firm, where he oversaw a portfolio of 10,000+ units, comprised of multi-family, student housing, and office properties, many of which were in the Southeast Region. Prior to JSB, Andrew worked at a New York based, privately held real estate investment firm, where he held various roles in Asset Management, Project Management, and Property Management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of asset-level operations. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

JOSH FELDMAN

Josh Feldman is a founder and principal of Prospect Lane, where his primary focus is Acquisitions. Before founding Prospect Lane, Josh led multifamily acquisitions for a New York based real estate investment firm, where he was primarily focused on working with cross-functional teams to implement the firms’ value-add strategy to maximize investment returns. Throughout his career, Josh has led the acquisition of over 2,300 multifamily units across the United States equating to $650mm in asset value. Josh graduated from The University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Wisconsin School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.

MICHELLE MABIE

Michelle Mabie is a Vice President at Prospect Lane. Prior to joining Prospect Lane, Michelle was with a privately held real estate investment firm where she played a key role in implementing asset management initiatives and executing capital transactions across various multifamily portfolios. Earlier in her career, she was an associate on Newmark’s investment sales team, advising clients on the disposition, financing, and recapitalization of lodging assets throughout North America and the Caribbean. Michelle graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
